Our rates vary depending on the date, and are based on double occupancy. For additional guests please add $25.00 per person, per night for our efficiency or guest room lodging.
In compliance with Vermont State Law, our facility is a non-smoking lodging establishment.
NOTE: We are a smoke free and pet free lodging establishment.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We get that. Reservations are fully refundable 48 hours prior to check-in during the off season. To cancel a reservation, please call us at 802-723-6507. Cancellations received after 3pm the day prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.
One week cancellation is required prior to arrival once a room is booked on holiday weeks, peak season (December 15 – March 31, July 1 – September 30th), and/or special events.
